Thank you for your purchase! Dickie, Jesse and Casey are our delivery experts and have 24 to 40 years with Bowen and look forward to serving you. They are exceptional.

To prepare for your in-home delivery, please make sure your purchase will fit in the room and that space is accessible and ready for placement.

Our in-home delivery does not include moving furniture room to room, furniture on a trial basis, or move existing furniture to another location.

We strive to deliver within a two-hour window on the scheduled day. We call 15 minutes ahead to confirm.

As of July 1, 2023 our delivery fee is $75 for each local delivery. Example, a sales order for a sofa and an order for a bed delivered at the same time would be $75. $150 for deliveries 50 to 150 miles. Please call us if over 150 miles.

Pick-up is an option from our warehouse at 4847 Shattalon Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. This is in Old Town off Reynolda Road, about 8 miles from the store. Please call 336.924.4332 or email bowenwarehouse@gmail.com to schedule your pick-up.

Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 until 5.

We are unable to provide loading and pick-up at our store at Mooney Street except for small items due to staffing limitations.
